To facilitate exhibitor’s freight and display movement, we have made arrangements with Magic Transport Inc. They will receive your samples at various shipping points in the United States and deliver them to your booth at the Puerto Rico Convention Center.
The service will include ocean freight to Puerto Rico, warehousing until the show, (up to three [3] weeks at no charge if shipment is moved by Magic Transport, Inc.), delivery to your booth and tax clearance.

IMPORTANT SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. All samples and displays shall be accompanied by an invoice with a declared value.
2. Display booths to be returned to the United States at the end of the show, shall have the following statement on the invoice and the way bill:
“TO BE RETURNED TO U.S. AT THE END OF SHOW”
3. Exhibitors shipping samples or displays to Puerto Rico should contact any of Magic Transport, Inc. offices to set up arrangements.
*Note: All freight and handling charges must be paid before delivery to your booth.
